MCD:Garroth's Ending

   ' Okay, I've made up my mind. I need to tell him. I want to know if he feels the same way about me. If he doesn't then it makes it easier to leave. ' 

I started searching all over Phoenix Drop for Garroth. I couldn't find him anywhere.

   ' Wait. '

I completely forgot about checking there! I started walking towards the edge of the village. I found a small hill and I looked inside to see that it was the same hole that lead to the underground cave. I took my first step in the hole and started walking downwards. The way down was very rocky and weird. When I reached the bottom I saw a body floating in the water. I looked closer to see that it was Garroth. He was floating on his back and staring up at the top of the cave. Where the crystals were. 

   " Hey, Garroth. "

His head looked up while the rest of his body went underneath the water.

   " Hey, Y/n. What's up?"

   " Nothing. "

I went and sat at the edge of the dry area. I took my shoes off and stuck my feet in the water. Garroth swam over to me and leaned against the rock.

   " I was actually looking for you. I didn't expect you to be here. "

   " Well, yea. There's no other place that's calm and quiet. The village is nice, but this place is quiet. "

   " I'll agree to that. "

Then it was silence. It felt awkward.
  
   " You said you were looking for me? "

   " Oh. Yes, I was I need to ask you a very important question. Unless I'm interrupting your personal time. Then I'll go. "

   " You're not interrupting Y/n. What do you need to ask me?"

   " Garroth how.................how do you feel a-about m-me?"

It was quiet. There was only silence. I nodded my head thinking he said no.

   " The silence speaks for you Garroth. Thanks, for letting me know. "

   " Y/n wait. "

To late. I had already pulled my legs out of the water. I started putting my shoes on. When I was about to stand up I felt a hand bring me down. I was back to sitting. I looked over to Garroth and he had grabbed my arm and brought me down.

   " Garroth? What are you doing?"

   " Before you leave let me explain. "

I nodded and took my shoes off and positioned myself to how I was earlier.

   " Y/n since we started talking and I realized the kind of person you are. I started having feelings for you. They never disappeared. I felt my heart break when you found out about the bet. I hated myself for it. When you forgave us those feelings still remained like they were. I can't tell you how many times I felt my stomach twist because you were around me. "

I just stared at the wall listening to his explanation.

   " Y/n I love you. A lot. "

My head whipped towards him.

   " Y-You do?"

He nodded his head ' yes '. I felt the heat rise to my cheeks.

   " I love you to Garroth. A lot. "

A smile appeared on his face. I felt my face rise in heat. Garroth then closed his eyes and leaned in. I did the same. Then he tricked me and pulled me into the water. I swam up to the surface and saw Garroth laughing.

   " Hey! That was rude. "

   " But it was funny. "

I splashed him and he stopped laughing. We kept splashing each other. We kept laughing and enjoyed our time together.
